Global Open Data for Agriculture and Nutrition (GODAN) 

GODAN's mission is to eradicate hunger, improve nutrition, and achieve global food security for millions of people across the globe. They work towards this goal by ensuring that information in the field of agriculture and nutrition is widely accessible. 

In order to help create awareness about the Haller Foundation and their Haller Farmers app, in 2016 GODAN created a short documentary, Open Fields, focused around a smallholder farmer named Eunice who was able to improve her livelihood and lift her family out of poverty by using the information provided on the Haller Farmers app. 

This short film, created as a part of their open data documentary web series, was valuable in encouraging new donors and showcasing Haller’s work.
